• Multiple members of the same household may create separate accounts, but each must use a distinct payment method.
• Bat jali may request a copy of your National ID or passport for account verification purposes.

Bat jali reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until account verification is complete.

The following rules apply when placing bets on bat jali. Violating these terms may result in account suspension.

• Bet Acceptance: Once a bet is placed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet is 10 BDT. Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the event.
• Odds Changes: If odds change before a bet is confirmed, the updated odds will apply.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Live Betting: In live betting, bets placed after an event's outcome due to technical delays may be voided.
• System Error: bat jali reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

Bat jali sets betting limits and reserves the right to adjust any account's betting limits at any time, without requiring a stated reason.

The following terms and conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on bat jali:

• Payment Method: Transactions can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
• Minimum deposit: Minimum deposit amount: 100 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Verification: Account verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Same Method: Withdrawals are generally made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Bat jali is actively committed to preventing money laundering. Suspicious transactions may require additional verification and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bat jali offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the relevant terms carefully before making use of any offer.

• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified number of bets must be placed — typically 5–30 times the bonus amount.
• Duration: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• A bonus can be used once: Each bonus offer may only be used once per user.

• Multiple Accounts: If any individual attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be terminated.

Bat jali reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. For bonuses already claimed, the original terms at the time of acceptance will continue to apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bat jali platform. Violations of these Terms & Conditions will result in serious action being taken against the user.

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any form of fraudulent activity, use of bots, or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to predetermine or manipulate the outcome of any game is a serious offense.
• Money laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illegal funds is strictly prohibited.
• Account Hacking: Unauthorized access to another user's account or theft of their personal information.
• False information: Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting technical glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

Bat jali may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• When evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• When suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• Failure to complete the verification process or provision of false information.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended period of account inactivity.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance will be withdrawn before the account is closed. However, balances may not be returned for accounts closed due to rule violations.

Bat jali accepts no liability for the following:

• Missed bets due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party services (payment gateways, banks).
• Account loss resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government directives) that prevent service delivery.
